Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the mobile rhythm forging game Excalirhythm ("the Service") provided by Ongil ("we", "us", or "the Company"), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you and us. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

  • The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by optional rewarded advertising.
  • We may improve or change the content, balance, and features of the Service.
  • We strive to provide a stable Service, but it may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, faults, or events beyond our control.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

3. Advertising & In-Game Items

  • All ads in the Service are opt-in rewarded ads; no forced or interstitial ads are shown. Watching a rewarded ad may grant in-game rewards such as refilling hearts or extra star shards.
  • The Service currently offers no paid products. If paid products are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply and will be announced in advance.
  • In-game currency (gold, star shards, stones), weapons, and progress have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise misuse the Service.
  • Use automation, hacks, or cheats that interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
  • Fraudulently manipulate the advertising system or generate invalid traffic.
  • Violate applicable law or these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including graphics, music, design, code, and trademarks — belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

6. Game Progress Data

Game progress (weapons, gold, star shards, stones, hearts, etc.) is stored and synced under your own Apple Account via iCloud. We operate no servers and hold no copy of your progress. Data may be lost due to your platform account status, iCloud settings, device changes, or similar factors, and we are not responsible for such loss.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is," without warranties including fitness for a particular purpose.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable in connection with this free Service.
  • Matters relating to third-party services (ads, cloud storage) are governed by the terms and policies of the respective providers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms when necessary and will announce changes on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising from use of the Service are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
