Excalirhythm

Privacy Policy

Effective: 7/25/2026 · Version 1.0

Privacy Policy

Ongil ("we", "us", or "the Company") operates the mobile rhythm forging game Excalirhythm ("the Service"). We respect your privacy and have prepared this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws.

The Service has no sign-up or login and does not collect information that directly identifies you such as your name, email address, or phone number. We operate no game servers of our own. However, the following information is processed to serve optional rewarded ads, analyze the Service, and save your game progress.

1. Information We Process

Processed for advertising (by Google AdMob)

  • Advertising identifier: the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) — only where you have allowed tracking.
  • Device & app information: device model, OS version, app version, language/country (approximate region).
  • Ad interaction information: ad requests, views, and reward completions for the optional rewarded ads you choose to watch.

Processed for analytics (by Google Analytics for Firebase)

  • Usage information: in-app events such as forge results, gacha pulls, synthesis, rewarded-ad views, play time, and screen views.
  • Device & app information: device model, OS version, app version, language/country (approximate region), and a per-app instance identifier.

Stored & synced on your device (game progress)

  • Game progress such as weapons forged, gold, star shards, enhancement stones, and hearts.
  • On iOS this is stored via Apple iCloud (Key-Value Store) under your own Apple Account. It is not stored on our servers — we have none — and we cannot access it.

2. Purposes

  • To provide and operate the game
  • To display the rewarded ads you opt into and measure their delivery
  • To analyze usage in aggregate and improve balance and quality
  • To sync game progress across your devices signed into the same Apple Account

3. Third-Party Services (Processors)

We use the following third-party services, each of which processes information under its own privacy policy.

ServiceProviderPurpose

Google Analytics for FirebaseGoogle LLCUsage analytics

4. Advertising Identifiers & Personalized Ads

All ads in the Service are opt-in rewarded ads — you are never shown a forced or interstitial ad. To provide personalized ads, Google AdMob may use your advertising identifier where you have allowed it. You can refuse or reset this at any time.

  • iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking: the "Allow Apps to Request to Track" toggle, or decline the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt when it is shown.
  • For users in the EEA/UK, we obtain consent via the Google UMP consent screen before ads are served.

Declining tracking does not restrict your use of the Service; the ads shown may simply be less relevant to you.

5. Retention & Deletion

  • Advertising-related data is processed and retained under Google's policies.
  • Analytics data is processed in aggregate form and retained/deleted according to Google Analytics' retention policy.
  • Game progress remains in your own Apple Account until you delete the app and remove its data from your iCloud storage (Settings → your name → iCloud).

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed primarily at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (under 13 in some countries, including the United States). If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it without delay.

7. Your Rights

  • Refuse ad tracking and reset your advertising identifier (see Section 4).
  • Delete game progress by uninstalling the app and removing the data from your iCloud storage.
  • For any other privacy requests, contact us at the address below.

8. International Transfers

Because of the nature of the third-party services (Google, Apple), information may be processed on servers outside your country. Each provider applies safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards, including minimizing the information processed, using reputable third-party services, and encrypting data in transit.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Policy is effective as of July 25, 2026. Any additions, deletions, or changes will be announced on this page.
